New Subject for May’s Picture This Contest: Spring Fling

Although we no longer have the original judge for May’s Picture This (I’ve removed the post), thanks to Town Mouse’s suggestions, I decided to still have Picture This where everyone can still particpate, minus a professional judge. So here it is!

The subject for May is Spring Fling. Your composition  should evoke a sense of whimsy, fun and spontaneity. The subject matter is your choice. As always, explain the intent behind your composition

Because there won’t be judging this month, all of you who have been following the contest and have been intimidated about entering, this is a great time to get your feet wet.

The only rules are that you allow yourself to be playful, let your imagination run wild, and have fun!!

    This theme sounds like a lot of fun!

    As far as the judging goes, perhaps we could have a “people’s choice” judging. :) I think that would be an interesting change of pace.

    I’m looking forward to this!

    Didn’t want to let the side down this month, so a bit of recycled tulip frivolity HERE
    A freebie gift from our local gardencentre was this foldable vase , which proved more stable than I had anticipated.
    Still, why anybody would want their vases to fold is beyond me :-)
